Terms and Conditions

Orders:


When placing an order with us, it is imperative that you are either over the age of 18 or have obtained consent from a legal guardian. Some of the images provided may serve as sample representations and may not precisely depict the actual proportions or may exhibit minor disparities when compared to reality, as certain suppliers may introduce subtle alterations during the manufacturing process. Orders made under someone else's name without their explicit consent will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Pricing


All prices displayed include the applicable Swedish value-added tax at a rate of 25%. We shall not assume responsibility for any typographical errors in pricing or product information.

Delivery Terms and Methods

 

Items that are readily available in stock undergo processing on the same day or, at the latest, the following day. They are subsequently dispatched via Postnord, typically taking between 1 to 7 days for delivery. Certain items are constructed on a made-to-order basis and may consequently require a longer lead time compared to stock items.

Transport Damage

 

Upon receipt of your delivery, we strongly advise that you promptly inspect the contents to ensure that no items are missing or damaged. In the unfortunate event that such issues arise during transport, please report them via email to info@djr.nu within one week of collecting your package. Damages sustained during transport should be directly communicated to the responsible agent who facilitated the delivery.

Incorrect Deliveries

 

Should you receive an erroneous item or an incorrect quantity of items due to an error on our part, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. This allows us to rectify the situation promptly. The most efficient means of contacting us for this purpose is by sending an email to info@djr.nu.

Order Cancellation

 

If your package has not yet been dispatched and does not contain custom-made or bespoke items, you may cancel the order without issue. Following order placement, it is the responsibility of the buyer to establish contact with the sender (DJR) to effectuate the cancellation prior to dispatch. In instances where the order is dispatched before the buyer has an opportunity to contact us, the onus of responsibility falls upon the recipient. The recipient retains the right to exercise their withdrawal rights under such circumstances.

Unclaimed Packages

 

Failure to claim your package incurs additional charges, including return shipping fees and an administrative fee of SEK 99. Shipping costs to the customer, as indicated during the checkout process, are non-refundable. Return shipping is subject to a fee of SEK 150, in addition to the administrative cost of SEK 125.

Complaints

 

In accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act, private individuals possess a three-year period to lodge complaints, regardless of the warranty period associated with a product. Complaints must be registered within a reasonable timeframe from the discovery of the defect. In cases where a complaint is raised after the expiration of the warranty period, the burden of proof rests with the buyer to demonstrate that the defect predated the product's delivery. It is imperative to retain the purchase receipt as it is required for repairs or other necessary actions.

Guarantee

We offer a 12-month guarantee on our products, with the exception of competition items. We disclaim liability for any damage incurred during the use or installation of our products. It is crucial to safeguard your purchase receipt, as it is a prerequisite for warranty claims.

The installer bears full responsibility for the products' installation, including assessing their suitability and proper installation methods. We lack the capacity to independently verify the technical data or information provided by suppliers. Thus, it is the installer's duty to verify the correctness of all information before assembly and use, thereby mitigating potential issues or damage to the vehicle or engine, among other components.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

 

As a private individual, you possess the right, as per the Distance Contracts Act, to rescind a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Please note that this right of withdrawal does not extend to companies. It is applicable exclusively to goods that are readily available in stock and not to products specifically ordered at the customer's request or customized goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, please complete the required information in the designated form (return request), which we will provide following your initial contact with us. The costs associated with the Distance Contracts Act, including transport or other services rendered, are borne by the customer and are not subject to reimbursement. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. In cases where the ordered goods are rendered unsuitable for their intended purpose (e.g., due to incompatibility) or where the right of withdrawal is considered forfeited, returns may still be accepted under specific circumstances. In such cases, the buyer assumes responsibility for all associated costs, typically including shipping fees. A 25% deduction from the merchandise value is applied to cover return handling costs. Items custom-designed for individual customers or applications are ineligible for return. This category encompasses items marked with red or yellow stock symbols, signifying that they are not readily available in stock. Items with a green stock symbol are in stock and eligible for returns. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods shipped outside of Sweden. Electronic products cannot be accepted for return as they cannot be fully assessed. When returning one or more items unrelated to warranty or complaints, a return shipping fee of SEK 125 is applicable.

Refunds

 

Are typically processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned item. To expedite the refund process, kindly provide the order number, name, and contact information.

In the event of transport-related damage, please inspect the delivered package immediately to confirm the absence of missing or damaged items. If any issues arise, please report them via email to info@djr.nu within one week of package collection. Damage incurred during transport should be reported directly to the delivering agent.

Scope of Use

Certain products in our inventory are intended exclusively for use in competitive activities and are not approved for utilization on public roads. We disclaim any liability for damage that may occur to vehicles, individuals, or other entities in connection with assembly or usage, as well as for any adverse effects on vehicle safety, performance characteristics, or warranty coverage. If you harbor any uncertainties, we encourage you to seek clarification from us.

Miscellaneous

 

In instances involving war, natural disasters, labor strikes, government decisions, non-delivery by subcontractors, extraordinary circumstances, or comparable unforeseeable events beyond our control that disrupt our ability to fulfill agreements and commitments, we shall be released from our obligations under said agreements.
